MSW Program - Application

**Admission to the MSW program at Colorado State University is available only in the fall semester. You may request a copy of the packet to be mailed to you by sending an email to Peter.Friedrichsen@ColoState.EDU. You may also download and print the three attached documents. If you choose to do so, you will need to print 3 copies of the Request for Reference Form.
 
The graduate school electronic application is a part of our process. Please do not fill out the electronic application until you have completed the School of Social Work application process.
 
There are two deadlines, which are addressed in the packet: December 30 (for any available recruitment funds) and January 31. Admission decisions are made by early March for advanced standing, and by early April for the regular full-time or part-time program.
 
There will be an application process beginning in June, 2007 for the distance part-time, three-year program to be offered in Colorado Springs, Colorado, beginning January, 2009. If you wish to be on the list to receive information for that cohort as it becomes available, please send a request to Peter.Friedrichsen@ColoState.EDU.
