The School of Social Work at Colorado State University welcomes you!


We are proud to offer two degree programs that are fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. Since 1974, we have graduated over 2,000 students with BSW degrees prepared to work as generalist social work practitioners all over the state, region and nation. Since 1984, the MSW program has graduated over 500 students prepared to work as advanced generalist social work practitioners including in international arenas. Graduates of our programs are prepared to work with a wide range of clientele (individuals, families or other households, groups, organizations, and communities). The School of Social Work at CSU is noted for its excellent students and its exceptional faculty. An emphasis is placed on providing students with a challenging learning environment and graduating social work practitioners that excel in their professional lives.
